The Aquastarlight T5 fixture is a first class example of one the most popular lighting systems around. The 48" 4 x 54w T5 format has found a home over reefs and planted tank alike the world over. And why not? The HO T5 lamp is slightly more efficient electrically than Power Compact lamps but their small diameter means there is less in the way of light coming back off the reflector for a notable net gain in effective brightness. Of course not all reflectors are made equal and this one is particularly cool. The bulbs are arranged within the fixture in a semi-parabolic arch and the reflector behind them is engineered to not just make the most out of each individual lamp but also to maximize the output of the 4 lamp group.

The Aquastarlight is available in both black and silver powder coat finishes and can be hung using the included aquafit hanging kit system.
